Chicken Curry in 10 mins



Preparation time 10 ins.

Ingradients:
Chicken: Half KG.
Big Onion: Half Kg.
Ginger& gallic paste: 50 gm.
Tomoto: 2 large
Green chilli: 6 no's
chicken masal: 2 tb spoon
red chilli powder: 1 tb spoon
turmaric powder: 1 tb spoon
pepper powder: 1 tb spoon
salt: to taste
puthina leaves:little

Curry leaves: little
METHOD
Wash the chicken well. add one spoon turmeric power and salt. Cook it in a cooker.. for three min.
Make the onior and 4 green chilli as a good paste.
Keep the pan on stove, add little oil, fry the tomoto pieces and green chilli. .add the onoion, ginger/garlic paste and add the powder (chilli, chickemn masala, pepper)..make it a good gravi..add the cooked chiken.. and the leaves( curry and puthina).. boil it for 2 min...The Chicken cury is ready to eat with chappathi, rotty or pulavu.
