Ingredients
Chicken (Cut into small pieces) – 1 kg
Ginger – 200g
Green chilli (big spicy ones) sliced lengthwise – 10
Onion (Finely sliced) – 8
Garlic – 50 g
Soya sause – 2 tsp
Chilli sause – 4 tsp
Tomato sause – 8 tsp
Coriander leaf
Pudina leaf
Ajino motto for taste
White pepper – just to sprinkle
Red food colour – a drop
Salt to taste
Coconut oil – 4 table spoon
Preparation
• Clean the chicken pieces and mix it thoroughly with salt and keep for some time.
• Pour 3 tablespoons oil into a pan on medium flame, when hot put the ginger paste.
• When the colour changes a bit, add garlic,green chilly, coriander leaves, pudina leaves and stir for 10- 15 minutes.
• Add onion and cook 2-3 minutes. Don’t allow it to turn brown in colour.
• Then add the finely chopped chicken and mix well.
• Close the pan and allow to cook.
• When half cooked, add all the above sauses and mix properly.
• Continue cooking the chicken. You can add ajino motto and white pepper to taste. And add a little of food colour for that delicious look..
